Easter

We had a lovely and busy Easter! Daniel and I attended 3 different egg hunts in our area and he finally figured out the point of it all: the candy inside! At the first hunt, he was more interested in the actual egg. But at the second hunt, he opened one egg and found Teddy Grahams inside ("Bears! RARRRR" after every egg)! So we didn't quite get as many eggs after that. Our family also dyed Easter Eggs for the first time. I was impressed with how much Daniel paid attention to what he was doing. Drawing on each egg and "carefully" dropping the egg in the dye. He loved the Easter Eggs until we tried to get him to eat one, then he realized they weren't all they were "cracked up to be" : )




On Easter Sunday we arrived in Baton Rouge at 8:20 in the morning! Way too early. We had breakfast with my parents and that is where the bunny visited Daniel. He enjoyed some of his new items which included new books for church and some really cool boots (that are way to big on him)!




Then after the Easter bunny visited us after mass, we went over to my aunt's house for a potluck lebanese dinner.


Let's just say the potluck idea was not the greatest, but the food was all really good! Daniel had fun playing in their garden and i tried really hard to get some good pictures of him with my cousin's camera, but did not have the best of luck. Happy Easter!
